The books here are eBooks you read on the web. Instead of downloading a file, you read them on this site with your account. You can continue reading on your phone, tablet or computer with the same account.
There is no time limit. You can read it again anytime as long as your account exists. Even if sales stop at the request of the copyright holder or for unavoidable reasons, people who already bought the book keep access.
Once payment is confirmed, we usually ship within 2–3 days and send you the tracking number. Shipping fees follow the amount shown at checkout. For international orders, customs duties and taxes are paid by the recipient, and delivery takes 1–3 weeks depending on the country.
If you have not started reading, we refund in full within 7 days of purchase. Because of the nature of digital content, refunds are not possible once you start reading, in accordance with Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
However, we refund regardless of reading in these cases:
· You were charged twice
· You cannot read the book because of a site error
· The content differs from the description
To request a refund, email finance@cgtae.com with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method; card refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on the card issuer.
You can return a printed booklet within 7 days of delivery, even if you simply changed your mind. In that case return shipping is at your cost.
We cover the cost and send a new copy or refund in full in these cases:
· The book is damaged or misprinted
· You received a different book from the one you ordered
· The package was lost in transit
Returns are not accepted if the book was damaged by the buyer (writing, water damage, cover damage, etc.).
When you sign up we collect only your email address and name. If you order a printed booklet we also collect the recipient's name, phone number and address for delivery. This information is used only for delivery and kept afterwards only as an order record. Passwords are stored in a form no one — including us — can read. Payment details (card numbers etc.) are handled by the payment provider and never stored on this site.
We use your information only to confirm access to the books you bought. To close your account, email general@cgtae.com. Order records are kept for 5 years as required by Korean e-commerce law and then deleted.
